Mascot drawing contest

The voting has been incredibly tense! Daily swarms of emails into our inbox, daily changes to the winning positions, and at the weekend, in the last seconds remaining of voting, the winning places of the three best mascots changed once again!

And the winner is…

Lina, number 5, with 27.2% of the votes!

Many congratulations to the winner, who receives the honour of decorating the official GirlsandGames Logo and the prize money of 250€!

In an incredibly close second place was Lisa, number 6, with 25% of the votes!

Congratulations to the new owner of a Sony LiveView™ TV appliance!

On the third podium step stands number 8, Maora Shun, with an impressive 21.7% of the votes!

After long consideration, the GirlsandGames Team has chosen its Top 10 from the hundreds of entries, and these can now be voted for. The voting is very simple: Take a look at the 10 finalists, take down the number of your favourite and send this number to info@girlsandgames.de.

The participant, who has the third-highest votes, receives an exclusive GirlsandGames- and Fettspielen T-Shirt, the participant with the second-highest votes wins the coveted Sony LiveView™, and the contestant who is lucky enough to receive the majority of votes from you wins the 250€ prize money!
The winner will be announced here on the blog on Monday 09.05

GirlsandGames.de invites you to a huge mascot drawing contest!

Attention please! The contest expires May 2th.! Every participiant sending the mascot after May 2th will not take part of the contest!

We’re looking for creativity and talent! Take a look at our logo on www.girlsandgames.de! This is your task: From our faceless GG-Girl, create a real Mascot! Whether it’s a Manga girl or Emo girl, grey mouse or colourful cow, we really don’t mind! Breathe life into our sumptious silhouette with your colourful and creative ideas and win 250€!

All you need is an little amount of artistic ability, plus a homepage or blog of your own, to which you publish your artwork and our template, so that your sparkling ideas don’t overlap the graphical boundaries. If you fulfil these requirements, you can then create, paint and design anything you desire!

You have until Monday 02.05.2011 to send us the internet address of your work. The best 10 propositions will then be available to be voted on at the GirlsandGames-Blog up until the 09.05.2011.

For the victor, the prize isn’t just the honour of decorating the official GirlsandGames-Logo with your own one, but also the large sum of 250€ prize money! Even the second and third placed competitors don’t go home empty handed: If you’re the silver-medalist, you’ll receive a stylish yet practical LiveView™ Mobile Remote Control. The bronze medalist will recieve two exclusive Fettspielen- and GirlsandGames T-Shirts!

So get started:

2. Draw/Paint (Careful! Your mascot must fit within the template boundaries!)
3. Publish (Publish your mascot to your website or blog and link to our site “http://www.girlsandgames.de” with the Linktext “Girls Games”)
4. Send us an email (titled “Drawing Contest” to info@girlsandgames.de, together with the internet address to which you’ve placed your mascot)

Please take note, that we can only accept participants who have registered by 02.05!
